BACKGROUND

The Nutrition Course Union (NCU) has been shaping student experiences since 1984, when it was named the Food, Nutrition, Consumer and Family Studies Union! The NCU is one of the academic course unions administered by Ryerson’s Student Administrative Council.

OUR MISSION                                                 

The main objective of the NCU is to promote the interests of Nutrition and Food students and to enrich our experiences at Ryerson. Through the promotion and organization of nutrition and food related events, the NCU aims to provide students with practical and interesting applications to their future academic and career endeavours. Membership is automatically extended to all students registered in the Nutrition and Food program.
